Each monthly report covers work performed, outstanding risks and next checks. Weekday business-hour support, with an initial response within one business day. Resolution timing is agreed after assessment.

The starting price is a minimum for ongoing care. Your proposal reflects the condition of your site and the work required. We specify whether initial handover, repairs, infrastructure, external APIs and new development are included. Support hours, work limits, renewal and termination are agreed before signing. Extra work requires prior approval. You supply publishing materials.
